We offer an exchange or refund for Change of Mind on Full Price purchases (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:
- The purchase was made in the last 14 days.
- You have the receipt.
- The goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- The goods have not been worn, damaged, washed, or dry cleaned.
- Shoes must be tried on soft surfaces as we cannot accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Shoes must be returned in the original box.
All refunds will be processed as per your original method of payment. Online orders must be returned to the warehouse.
FINAL SALE: Please note, items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund after assessment by our customer service team.
